Option 1: Refund to Original Payment Method
The item must be returned to our warehouse for inspection. Refunds are processed within 7 business days. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Option 2: Store Credit (120% Value)
Receive 120% of your original purchase price as store credit, issued immediately after your return is processed. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Option 3: Replacement for Defective/Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, provide photos to our support team. We will send a replacement at no extra cost, and you do not need to return the original item.

Cancellations & Order Adjustments
Need to make a change? You can cancel or adjust your order within 4 hours of placing it. After this window, your order begins processing, and we are unable to make any modifications or cancellations. Please contact our support team as soon as possible for any requests.
Return Shipping
All returns must be sent to our designated warehouse in China. We will provide the return address via email upon approval. Please use a trackable shipping service and mark the package as “RETURN” to avoid customs fees. We are not responsible for returns that are not received. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Refunds, Exchanges, & Replacements
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of inspection, minus original shipping costs and shipping insurance. Store credit is issued immediately after confirmation. Exchanges and replacements will be shipped as soon as possible.
Sale Items
Items purchased during a sale are not eligible for refunds to the original payment method. However, you can exchange the item for another product or receive store credit.
Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries
If an order is refused or not collected, we offer a partial refund of 75% (with 25% retained as a restocking fee, min $20) or a free reshipment within 15 days of notification.
